NOKIA N73 faulty but not broken! *

Phone switches on and works fine, but I made a mistake some time ago. I used the phone and misplaced it. When I could not find the phone, I assumed it was stolen or lost and so I reported it as lost with my provider. I know it has been locked by Orange as I had reported it lost. When I got my new phone and found the N73 I never bothered to get it unlocked. So all in all the phone is in a working condition, but sold as faulty! NOTE!!!! The phone was my own phone and it was not insured, so it was not replaced by Orange when I lost it! Orange only replaced the SIM when I lost the phone!
